One of our guests today said "I think Jackman forgot to get the memo that Spring has arrived" I believe this is a fact. Driving around town today, I cannot believe the amount of snow we still have.



I took this shot of our front entrance to the office/lobby. Yes, there is a door and an OPEN sign on the door behind all of that snow.

We had a sign up all winter, encouraging guests to use the back entrance because snow always falls off the roof. (the sign is still there on a sled but buried) Until recently, we have done pretty good in keeping the porch and entrance in the front cleaned up. After the last couple storms and the winds, we had to give up. Now, I am not sure if we will ever find our front door

It was 14 below early this morning but now our thermometer is reading 20 but I believe the chill factor is making it feel less as it is getting quite breezy out. A friend of mine in California is going through a hot spell of 90 degrees and when she looked at our webcam today, she said she felt instant cool

Soon we will be looking at the beautiful lake like the guy on the snapshot above!
