December 2019 trail report

Hoping everyone had a wonderful Christmas and are looking forward to

a great new year in 2020.

Hopefully as you sang all the Christmas songs you included and sang loudly the chorus of “Let it snow, let it snow let it snow”

Now for the snowmobile trails: They are still closed.   We have a decent base of ice in most areas but there simply is no snow to groom or to ride on.   The trail-master has said we need about 6-8 inches before he will open the trails.

SO now is the time to do that snoopy snow dance.

Happy Holidays from Cozy Cove Cabins

As many of you know, we send a Holiday postcard every year to those of you who have stayed with us in the past 3 or so years. Unfortunately, if you have not stayed with us in awhile, or have had an address change, you will not get a card.

SO we would like to wish all of you and yours a

Very Merry Christmas and a healthy Happy New year.

This was a sunset I captured last winter over the icy Big Wood.

Are you ready to ride?

The 2020 snowmobile season is approaching fast.  We have already had some snow but trails are not open until December 15th, depending on the conditions.  We will keep you updated as soon as we hear more.   There have been some guys out riding the un-plowed roads and a bit of off trail.    Remember to respect all land owners.

Hopefully you have tuned up the sled, checked your equipment and made your reservations.   It won’t be long until we here the vroom vroom of sleds.
