Big Wood Lake has risen ❗ thanks to the tropical storm. Not even a week ago, the dock was sitting on the floor of the lake. Now it is floating so high, we may need to disconnect it.

After the storms and the wind last night, plus a 2 hour power outage, our webcam is acting up this morning. But as you can see, the lake is way up again and the wind is still blowing. But no major damage here at Cozy Cove Cabins from Tropical Storm Irene.

This little sweetheart from England had a grand time with Miss Maggie last week. Maggie is finally learning her manners 🙂 Maybe it is because Cabo came up to play too and taught her a few things 😉
We have been very fortunate to have wonderful people staying with us and many who come back every year. Seeing the children grow up has been the most fun. Every once in awhile, someone does something extra that just adds to our being thankful for our new friends. One of our guests made these towels for our cabins. Thank you Ericka
These guys, new to the area are having a great time on the trails. “So much to see and becoming a fast favorite”. Even the dog, Rocky likes to ride 🙂
